June 30, 2025 - Darragh Company announces the retirement of Chief Executive Officer Rich Dunlap, effective July 1, 2025, after 27 years of dedicated service and leadership. Rich has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth, culture, and long-term success.
To ensure a smooth transition, Rich will remain with Darragh Company as Vice President of Sales over the coming months, supporting the leadership team and helping onboard his successor.
Effective July 1, 2025, Ted Darragh, previously serving as President, has officially assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Ted brings extensive experience, a strong track record of leadership, and a forward-thinking vision to the position. He becomes the fourth-generation Darragh family member to lead the company.
