Biography
Manny Benitez is the President and Owner of American Fasteners Corp., which he founded in 1981 in Hialeah, Florida. Born in Cuba, Manny immigrated to the United States at the age of six and was raised in South Florida. He attended Miami Dade College and later completed financial coursework at the University of Miami.
Starting American Fasteners from the ground up, Manny has grown the company into the largest fastener distributor in South Florida, generating $38 million in revenue in the past year alone. Under his leadership, the company has become a regional powerhouse—not only in fasteners but also as a top supplier of tools, safety gear, and construction equipment.
With over 40 years of business experience, Manny has built a respected distribution enterprise that serves contractors, municipalities, and industrial clients across Florida. In 1996, he expanded his entrepreneurial reach by founding Alliance International Group, an import business that complements his work in distribution and logistics.
Manny is also deeply committed to community service. He serves on the board of Camillus House, a nonprofit organization that provides housing, healthcare, and support services to individuals experiencing homelessness in South Florida. His dedication to giving back reflects the same values that have shaped his leadership in business.
