The Evergreen Executive Leadership Academy is curriculum specifically designed to help foster the development of new and upcoming leaders in the industrial and construction distribution industry. The program is intended for Evergreen members, who have been identified by their leadership team, as a person who has the capacity to help move their organization forward.

The program is designed for those in leadership roles currently and are looking for opportunities to broaden their strategic thinking, collaborate with others in similar positions and be exposed to new ideas in the independent distribution channel.

The program is ideal for an individual who anticipates assuming a greater role within the organization or to simply refine his or her leadership skills. With a mixture of assessments, live and virtual training, case studies and peer coaching, this experience blends together learning and development best practices.

This 3-day course focuses on the selling opportunities found in each phase of the construction cycle. Product training will be combined with discussions on how to sell the products. Identifying individual contractor needs as early as possible is critical in the selling process. We will explore how to identify those requirements and provide action steps that will enable you to provide meaningful solutions to your customers.
