The Evergreen Executive Leadership Academy is curriculum specifically designed to help foster the development of new and upcoming leaders in the industrial and construction distribution industry. The program is intended for Evergreen members, who have been identified by their leadership team, as a person who has the capacity to help move their organization forward.

The program is designed for those in leadership roles currently and are looking for opportunities to broaden their strategic thinking, collaborate with others in similar positions and be exposed to new ideas in the independent distribution channel.

The program is ideal for an individual who anticipates assuming a greater role within the organization or to simply refine his or her leadership skills. With a mixture of assessments, live and virtual training, case studies and peer coaching, this experience blends together learning and development best practices.

Working with computers is not intuitive and can be frustrating at times. That is why Evergreen has scheduled a virtual workshop focused on working with Microsoft Excel®. In this 120-minute virtual session, you’ll learn the essentials of tables for data input and PivotTable reports for effective data output and how to write a formula and how to use built-in functions to streamline complicated formulas. This session will be recorded and participates will receive a link to the recording that expires 30 days after the completion of the program.

This course will focus on the safety products used by various contractors and trades on a commercial job site. Areas to be covered include scaffolding, respiration, high visibility products, arc flash and more.
