The Evergreen Executive Leadership Academy is curriculum specifically designed to help foster the development of new and upcoming leaders in the industrial and construction distribution industry. The program is intended for Evergreen members, who have been identified by their leadership team, as a person who has the capacity to help move their organization forward.

The program is designed for those in leadership roles currently and are looking for opportunities to broaden their strategic thinking, collaborate with others in similar positions and be exposed to new ideas in the independent distribution channel.

The program is ideal for an individual who anticipates assuming a greater role within the organization or to simply refine his or her leadership skills. With a mixture of assessments, live and virtual training, case studies and peer coaching, this experience blends together learning and development best practices.

Working with computers is not intuitive and can be frustrating at times. That is why Evergreen has scheduled three virtual workshops focused on working with Microsoft Excel®.

Microsoft Excel® serves today as the one essential business tool you must understand and master to manage large quantities of data. During the three, 120-minute, virtual sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Excel®, how to work more effectively and efficiently with Excel®, and essential data entry shortcuts.

These sessions will be recorded and participates will receive a link to the recording that expires 30 days after the completion of the program.

In this 120-minute session you will learn basic techniques for creating and updating MS Excel documents. There will also be tips and tricks taught to make using MS Excel easier.

The training focuses on the following categories:

• 3 Rules of worksheets
• Basic data entry
• How to use help
• Autofill Formatting
• Resolving printing troubles
• Steps to workbook structure
