Best Practices Workshop: Managing Your Relationship with Independent Distribution
Would you like to know how to be more effective when working with independent distribution? Then plan now to attend the Best Practices Workshop: Managing Your Relationship with Independent Distribution hosted by The Evergreen Marketing Group. This program is open to any manufacturer’s direct or indirect field sales representative who calls on distribution.
The workshop will be presented by Jason Bader of The Distribution Team with Evergreen members adding their perspective to the topics that come up. The workshop will focus on the best practices exhibited by effective sale representatives as observed by Evergreen distributors. During the workshop, Evergreen distributors will share with you their expectations of the distributor – representative relationship and ways to improve and enhance these relationships. Your input and feedback is important and encouraged on how you develop successful relationships with distributors and what are some of the best practices you have observed that other distributors exhibit as well.
Evergreen will host a panel with Evergreen member distributors available for an open forum Q&A session. Members will also share their experience about successful relationships they have had over the years with sales representatives.
